Firefighters tackle electrical box blaze in Sheffield

The South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue crew were called to a roadside electrical box that was alight at 4.07pm.

The fire took place outside the Methodist Church at the Furnival building on Verdon Street.

One fire engine attended the scene, and the fire was brought under control.

The fire did not spread from the electrical box and nobody was harmed as a result of the fire.
