Fears raised for safety of two young men spotted on bridges in Sheffield last night

Emergency services were deployed to two Sheffield bridges over concerns for different men on the same night.

They were called to Richmond Road, Richmond, at 9.30pm yesterday over concerns for the welfare of a 22-year-old man.

And two hours later they were called to an incident on a bridge near Norfolk Park Road, Norfolk Park, where there were concerns for a 19-year-old.

Both men were helped to safety and no injuries were reported.
