Fake shirt seller from South Yorkshire forced to pay back thousands

AN ONLINE trader who sold hundreds of fake England football shirts branded ‘110 per cent genuine Umbro’ has been ordered to pay back £35,000.

Paul Jones, 41, from New Whittington, Chesterfield, had already received an eight month jail term suspended for two years after admitting four charges under the Trades Description Act. Under the Proceeds of Crime Act he was ordered to pay back the £35,842.28 profit he made - or face 12 months behind bars.
