Sheffield Magistrates’ Court heard today, Thursday, February 27, how Daniel Berrisford, 34, of High Street, Old Whittington, Chesterfield, had been on Ángel Street, Sheffield, when he was approached by police.

Mark Hughes, prosecuting, said police investigated a report of a male causing problems for staff at a Greggs’ bakery on January 27 and with the assistance of CCTV operators he was approached and was described as intoxicated.
