Officers patrolling Abbeydale Road and surrounding areas have carried out 29 ‘stop and searches’ on the streets and searched another 32 cars.
Heroin, cocaine, cannabis and nitrous oxide were recovered, along with cash and a stun gun.
Four cars and an off-road bike were also seized.
Five arrests were made for possession of drugs with intent to supply and weapons offences.
