Driving ban and unpaid work for South Yorkshire man caught more than three-and-a-half times over the limit

David Tomlinson appeared before Doncaster Magistrates’ Court on December 29 last year where he admitted drink driving.
Records show that Tomlinson, 38, of Cornwell Close, Rotherham, blew 121mg of alcohol to 100ml of breath, when the legal limit is 35mg.

Hide AdMagistrates gave Tomlinson an 18-month community order, to include 150 hours of unpaid work in the community.
He must also complete seven rehabilitation activity requirement days with the Probation Service over the course of the order, records show.
Tomlinson was also banned from driving for a total of 30 months, but was offered a drink driving rehabilitation course, which will reduce the disqualification by a total of 229 days if completed by August 2, 2022.
He must also pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
