When officers pulled it over to have a word, they were even more surprised to be told the driver ‘thought it was OK’.
A vehicle prohibition notice, preventing it from being driven on the roads, was issued.
South Yorkshire Police’s Operational Support team shared the image as part of a rogues gallery of unroadworthy vehicles it has stopped while working with the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency.
