A spokesperson said: “You may wonder how this is possible, but it is an easy mistake to make if you drive whilst under the influence of alcohol. The driver was lucky not to have brought harm to himself or another, however he wasn't so lucky when arrested and charged with driving whilst over the prescribed limit after failing a breath test in custody.”
