Sheffield Magistrates’ Court heard today, Thursday, March 12, how Harry Coe, 20, of Lonsdale, Hemel Hempstead, was seen by police who were concerned about the defendant’s driving on the M1 between Junction 30 and 31.

David Marshall, prosecuting, said police spoke to Coe after he stopped at Woodall Services and he failed a roadside drink-drive breath test after the incident on February 1.
