Desperate vandal is jailed after smashing-up two vehicles in Sheffield
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Sheffield Magistrates’ Court heard on January 18 how Daniel Marlow, aged 28, of no fixed abode, smashed an Audi A3 vehicle and a Transporter vehicle in Sheffield and was seen with a stick and a brick in his hand.
Stephanie Hollis, prosecuting, said the defendant had left a bail hostel but when he went to his brother’s address he was told he could not stay there.

Hide AdMs Hollis added Marlow returned and the complainant heard a noise and found the windows of a vehicle and the Transporter had been smashed and Marlow was armed with a brick and a stick.


The court heard Marlow is on licence for a previous assault and criminal damage matter and he is in breach of a restraining order and a conditional discharge for a separate matter.
Magistrates sentenced Marlow to eight weeks of custody.
