A desperate man who was not allowed to stay at his brother’s home returned and smashed-up two vehicles.

Sheffield Magistrates’ Court heard on January 18 how Daniel Marlow, aged 28, of no fixed abode, smashed an Audi A3 vehicle and a Transporter vehicle in Sheffield and was seen with a stick and a brick in his hand.

Stephanie Hollis, prosecuting, said the defendant had left a bail hostel but when he went to his brother’s address he was told he could not stay there.

Ms Hollis added Marlow returned and the complainant heard a noise and found the windows of a vehicle and the Transporter had been smashed and Marlow was armed with a brick and a stick.
