Earlier today, South Yorkshire Police confirmed that ‘nobody else’ was being sought over the death.

Details of the circumstances surrounding his death have not yet been released but an inquest will be held.

In a statement South Yorkshire Police said “Papworth had been charged with murder but died before his trial, which had been listed to begin next week.

“We can confirm nobody else is being sought in connection with Amy-Leanne’s death.

“Files for the coroner will be prepared in relation to both deaths and it will be for the coroner to determine the circumstances.”
