Sarah Burden, aged 46, of Markfield Drive, Flanderwell, Rotherham: Drug driving. Fined £100, disqualified from driving for a year.

Carl Gibson, aged 48, of Holden Court, Race Street, Barnsley: Theft. Community order made of a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 25 days.

Shamas Shazad, aged 25, of Harrowden Road: Driving while disqualified, without insurance, possession of cannabis. Fined £120, costs £85, disqualified for six months.

Lee Wood, aged 39, of Alport Drive: Owner of an out of control dangerous dog. Jailed for six months suspended for 12 months, £200 compensation.

Richard Beach, aged 48, of Aldersgate Court, Maltby, Rotherham: Breach of Post Sentence Supervision. Fined £50.

Natalie Louise Bailey, aged 36, of St Aidan’s Way: Owner of an out of control dangerous dog, threatening behaviour, breach of conditional discharge order. Destruction of dog unless it is kept under control, community order of a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for 20 days, £30 compensation.

Andrzej Eugeniusz Gryska, aged 58, of Station Road, Wombwell: Failure to provide a breath specimen, driving without insurance, driving while disqualified, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, disqualified from driving for 12 months, £85 costs.

Akiyal Hussain, aged 28, of Meadow Bank, Rotherham: Assaulting a police officer, threatening behaviour, possession of Class B cannabis. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Callum Paul Ripley, aged 28, of Birdwell Road: Theft, offensive messaging. Committed to prison for ten weeks suspended for 12 months, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring for four weeks between 7pm-7am, nine month Drug Rehabilitation Requirement, three month Prohibited Activity Requirement, ten week Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, £100 compensation.

Paul John Ward, aged 46, of Victoria Street: Breach of Post Sentence Supervision. Fined £50.

Hadi Bitimar, aged 47, of Angram Road: Applied a sign identical to, or likely to be mistaken for, a registered trade mark. Fined £235, costs £1,431.

Patrick Tulej, aged 21, of Hinde Street: deposited controlled waste without a permit. Fined £120, £150 costs.

Sean Robinson, aged 44, of Southsea Road: Failure of child to attend school. Fined £30.

Abdullah Hassan, aged 23, of Broom Walk: Possession of an offensive weapon. Fined £150, costs £30.

Jayd Hiley, aged 32, of Dryden Drive: Failure to co-operate with a drug wipe test, failure to provide a breath specimen, resisting a police officer. Curfew Requirement with electronic monitoring for eight weeks between 8pm and 6am, costs £50, Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for ten days, disqualified from driving for 20 weeks.

Donna Marie Thompson, aged 41: Theft, breach of supervision sentence order. Curfew Requirement with electronic monitoring for four weeks between 8pm and 6am, 15 day Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, £200 compensation.

Simon Holden, aged 39, of The Yews, Doncaster Road, Rotherham: Failure to comply with suspended sentence order. Jailed for four weeks suspended for 12 months.
