Karl Mangham, aged 16, was last seen at 9pm on Sunday, January 3 in the Lime Tree Avenue area of Doncaster.
He has not made contact with his family since, which is said to be out of character for the teenager.
He was last seen wearing black trainers, a black tracksuit and a black coat.
Anyone with information should call 101 and quote incident number 730 of January 4.
