Chesterfield police officers save man’s life

Police officers in Chesterfield helped save the life of a man after spotting that he was unresponsive.

PC’s Stephen O’Callaghan and Ashley Taylor were on patrol on Beetwell Street when they saw the 50-year-old looking unwell

They changed his position to help him breathe and called for an ambulance.

PC O’Callaghan said: “This is a prime example of being in the right place at the right time.”
