Launching a public appeal on July 10, 2023, a South Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "At around 1.45am on Saturday 24 June, it is reported Shipley’s Amusements on Haymarket was broken into. It is understood the suspect forced entry to the premises, causing damage, before stealing a number of items from inside.
"Officers believe this person could have important information that could help the ongoing investigation and are asking him, or anyone who recognises him, to get in touch.

![Officers investigating the reported assault of two students outside a library in Sheffield city centre have released CCTV of an individual they believe could help with their ongoing enquiries.
Launching a public appeal on July 14, 2023, a South Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "At around 7.10pm on Sunday 11 June, it is reported that two students were outside The Diamond on Leavygreave Road, when an unknown man approached and began shouting racist abuse.
"It is understood that the man then punched both students, before making threats to stab them. When the victims said they were calling police, the suspect left the scene.
The victims suffered minor facial injuries."

Launching a public appeal on July 4, 2023, a South Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "It is reported that at around 9pm on 11 February 2023, a fight broke out involving a large group of people inside the Bessemer pub on Leopold Street in the city centre. The fight then spilled out into the street in front of the pub.
"The victim, a man in his 50’s, suffered a bite mark injury to his face in the assault.
"Extensive enquiries have been undertaken to trace those involved. A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and affray in Sheffield and has been released on police bail.
"Police are now asking for your help to trace the man in the CCTV image as he may be able to help with enquiries.
