Officers from the Sheffield South West neighbourhood policing team carried out a search on the vehicle and found 300 dealer bags, along with a significant amount of drugs hidden in the wheel arch.

Some of the small bags contained cannabis, and there was also a larger bag of cannabis found.

A check on the vehicle showed that it had been abandoned for nine months, had no registered keeper, no insurance and no tax.

Police seized both the drugs and the vehicle.

No arrests have yet been made over the discovery.

If you know anything about the vehicle or the stash of drugs found by officers call South Yorkshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
