Cannabis set up discovered in Rotherham

An investigation has been launched after a big cannabis farm was discovered in Rotherham during a police raid last week.

South Yorkshire Police said approximately 175 plants were discovered at a property in Rolleston Avenue, Rotherham on January 2.

The spokeswoman however said no arrests have yet been made.

She said: “At about 6pm on 2 January, police discovered a cannabis set up at a property in Rolleston Avenue, Rotherham. Approximately 175 plants were found. No arrests at this time and enquiries ongoing.”
