Coulston, of Balmoral Grove, Rhyl, Clwyd, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified.

Joanne Robinson, defending, said Coulston was put under pressure by a friend who wanted to borrow his car so he opted to give his friend a lift.

Magistrates sentenced Coulston to 12 weeks of custody suspended for 12 months with 200 hours of unpaid work and a rehabilitation requirement. He was also further banned from driving for 12 months and must pay £85 costs and a £122 victim surcharge.
