Police had ‘strong words’ with a group of young balaclava-clad yobs ‘causing issues’ for an elderly resident in Nether Edge.
Officers from Sheffield South West NHP, of South Yorkshire Police, said they were called out to the area on the night of Tuesday, December 23.
They said: “Youths were found were wearing balaclavas and causing issues for an elderly resident.
“Very strong words were had, and the youngsters taken home where parents were not best pleased.”
