A Sheffield man has been fined for assaulting a woman a year after he was in court for damaging her wall

Paul Phillip Chamberlain admitted assault when he appeared before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on August 6, following the assault on April 23 this year.
Previously he had appeared before the court where he had admitted causing damage to a wall belonging to the woman to the value of between £100 and £150 belonging to the woman in March of last year and was given a conditional discharge.

Hide AdChamberlain, 38, of Oakley Road, Handsworth, also admitted committing a further offence while still subject to the conditional discharge.
Magistrates revoked the conditional discharge and imposed a £200 fine when Chamberlain appeared before the court.
They also ordered him to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
