20-year-old Doncaster man charged with serial shoplifting offences

South Yorkshire Police have charged a 20-year-old Doncaster man with serial shoplifting offences including robbery.

Sane Howarth, 20, of Belmont Avenue, Hexthorpe has been charged with affray, robbery, possession of an offensive weapon, common assault and two counts of shoplifting.The charges relate to crimes committed in the Balby area of Doncaster between June 19 and 28 of this year.Howarth has been remanded into custody and is due to appear before Sheffield Crown Court later this month.
