All 11 defendants are currently languishing behind bars, with some due to serve decades more in custody before they can even be considered for parole.
One of the defendants is currently serving a whole life term for their crimes.

![Jama Ahmed was locked up for life over the 'cold blooded execution' of 22-year-old Jordan Thomas in Sheffield in December 2014. Ahmed was sentenced to life behind bars and ordered to serve a minimum of 36 years over the killing, which was said to have been a revenge attack. Jordan was shot while he was the front seat passenger in a car which stopped at traffic lights on Derek Dooley Way, just before the Sheffield Parkway.
