5. Christopher Sweeney.
Sweeney, 39, of Burton Road, Derby, was convicted of raping a teenage boy in 2003 and went on to breach the requirements of the sex offenders register 14 times. He was jailed in January for 16 months for the latest breach. Photo: Handout
6. Kevin Tomlinson.
Tomlinson, 49, of Alvaston, Derby, was jailed for 15 years for the vicious rape of a 61-year-old woman. But because he has a string of previous convictions for sexual offences, he will now only be released when he is deemed not to be a threat to the public. Photo: Handout.
7. Nathan Peter Cahill.

8. Wayne Dolan.
