The following were convicted at Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster and Chesterfield magistrates’ courts between March 27 and 31.

Sheffield

Jordan Marc Hadi: aged 31, of Clifton Avenue, Handsworth, theft, carried a carpenters pad saw in six inch blade in a public place without lawful authority, committed a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge, eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, drug rehabilitation requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement, £500 compensation, £50 costs.

Delroy Malcolm: aged 61, of New School Road, Mosborough, intentionally sexually touched a woman aged 16 or over and did not reasonably believe that they were consenting, community order, prohibited activity requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £385 costs, must register with the police for five years in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

William Glyn Jones: aged 28, of Concord Road, Shiregreen, drink driving, failed to provide a specimen of blood, £500 fine, £115 costs, disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

Mahad Abdi Ahmed: aged 34, of Verdon Street, Burngreave, theft, community order, alcohol treatment requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement, £40.66 compensation, £85 costs.

Attia Salah Gabar: aged 20, of Cricket Inn Road, Park Hill, took a vehicle without consent, failed to stop a car when asked to do so by a police officer, £150 fine, £115 costs.

Jamie Joseph Brian Haythorne: aged 28, of no fixed address, assaulted a police constable in the execution of their duty, £70 fine, £100 compensation, £40 costs.

Mohammed Alaur Rahman: aged 20, of Phillimore Road, Darnall, failed to provide a specimen of breath, £250 fine, £115 costs, disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

Raduz Ziga: aged 43, of Willoughby Street, Burngreave, drink driving, £280 fine, £115 costs, disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

Aaron James Farrell: aged 37, of Katherine Street, Thurcroft, Rotherham, carried a kitchen knife in a public place without lawful authority, community order, unpaid work requirement, £170 costs.

Jan Pecha: aged 34, of Staniforth Road, Darnall, drink driving, £110 fine, £115 costs, disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

Danielle Grayson: aged 39, of Adelaide Street, Matlby, Rotherham, drink driving, £107 fine, £115 costs, disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months.

Andrei Daniel Mirescu: aged 25, of Rockcliffe Road, Rawmarsh, Rotherham, drink driving, £200 fine, £115 costs, disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

Jonathan Hunt: aged 29, of no fixed address, fraud, breach of restraining order, theft, assault, driving without insurance, driving while disqualified, 26 weeks in prison, £115 costs, disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.

Callum Marshall: aged 21, of Garbroads Cresent, Thrybergh, Rotherham, driving without insurance, failed to stop at the scene of an accident, driving without due care and attention, failed to give the police information about the identify of the driver of a vehicle, 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £200 costs, disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.

David Hunter: aged 31, of Ashley Grove, Aston, Rotherham, assault, criminal damage, failed to surrender to custody, harassment, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, restraining order imposed, £170 costs.

Kingsley Joe Skidmore: aged 21, of Town Lane, Rockingham, Rotherham, criminal damage, possession of a class B drug, community order, assault, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, rehabilitation activity requirement, order for the destruction of the drug, £100 compensation, £85 costs.

Doncaster

David Patrick Smith: aged 54, of no fixed address, failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison, 14 days in prison.

Joanne Green: aged 41, of Clark Avenue, Belle Vue, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order, £50 fine, £75 costs.

Daniel James Collins: aged 26, of no fixed address, criminal damage, committed a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence, six months in prison, £100 compensation.

Barnsley

Mandy Johnson: aged 31, of Birk Avenue, Kendray, theft, using abusive language or behaviour to cause alarm and distress, committed a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence, 16 weeks in prison, £115 costs.

Robert Anthony Anderson: aged 34, of Rotherham Road, Great Houghton, driving while disqualified, drink driving, driving without insurance, committed a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence, 23 weeks in prison, £115 costs.
