Counsellors are here to listen
Counsellors, from Clouds Community Counselling, are working hard to help local people find a better way forward and better health and wellbeing.
The team is currently working with 90 local clients and the service has received 70 referrals so far this year.
A spokesman for the group said: “Anxiety/depression, relationship issues and bereavement are the three highest referring issues but there are many others including low self-esteem/ lack of confidence, anger management, bullying, and eating issues. If something is troubling you no matter how small or large talking and sharing with a counsellor will help you.”
