Council and fly-tipping
I went on a trip to Shirecliffe tip to get rid of my garden rubbish because High Green tip was shut for two days due to cuts.
Arriving at Shirecliffe I was met by about 30 or 40 cars, full of their rubbish, crawling slowly from a junction, trying to get into the tip. It’s a wonder nobody was pranged.
Surely, you would think the council would go back to the normal opening times to these tips during the summer months.
The council deserves all it gets when they start moaning about fly-tipping.
I wish someone would fly-tip on the town hall steps.
