All they have to do is cut out, free tea and biscuits, senseless meetings, chauffeur-driven cars, overstaffing, perks to the Mayor, perks to the Chief Exec, consultants’ fees, etc. Then we will have a pristine Hotel de Ville for all the Sheffield folk and visitors alike to enjoy.

Oh, and not forgetting Vulcan’s wedding tackle as mentioned by M Thompson of Rotherham.
