Concern over traveller camp in Rotherham
Travellers who have set up camp on a Rotherham playing field have been asked to move on.
Police and Rotherham Council officers have ‘served notice’ to the travellers after they moved their caravans onto the playing field in Brampton.
Members of the Rotherham North Local Policing Team have also visited Queen Street Park, Swinton, this week after concerns were raised about teenagers camping there.
