Community celebrations
THE second of three community celebration events organised by the Monk Bretton, Royston and St Helen's Area Forum will be held next Wednesday.
Area forum officer Jack Peach says the evening, at the Roundhouse Lifelong Learning Centre in Athersley, will be “entertaining and informative”, and will allow local people to have their say about improving their community.
The event will begin at 5pm with stands and refreshments, and a dance display at 6pm
