Owls legends, including Roland Nilsson, Nigel Pearson, David Hirst and John Sheridan, are set to attend the special reunion.

Almost 25 years has passed since Wednesday stunned Manchester United to lift the Rumbelows Cup at Wembley Stadium. After lifting the League Cup, Ron Atkinson’s side went on to secure promotion back to the top-tier of English football.

Lawrie Madden, a member of that Owls side, said: “It will be nice to catch up with those players.

“Some I see quite often and some not so because they live in many different parts of the world. The night has all the ingredients to be a great event, along with the fans and punters.”

The sold-out nostalgic night, which will be hosted by Sky Sports News HQ presenter and Community Programme ambassador David Garrido, will consist of a two-course meal, a question and answer session from the Class of 91’ players, photo opportunities, an auction, raffle, comedian and much, much more.

Doors open from 7pm. All funds raised will go to the Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme.
