City's indie business celebrated at fair
The Workstation, which houses over fifty thriving unique businesses, ranging from high growth tech start-ups, to theatre and broadcasting, will open its doors to the public next week.
The Indie Business Fair will take place on Wednesday April 18 between 9am and 1pm.

Hide AdThe event, which will be a celebration of the city’s thriving independent scene, will showcase some of the best of Sheffield’s independent, creative and homegrown businesses.
Exhibitors will be from a variety of backgrounds; photography to illustration, social media and marketing, legal and financial, along with the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce and Sheffield City Region Growth Hub.
The event creates a forum to promote and support independent businesses across a range of sectors in Sheffield, providing an opportunity for attendees to network, meet like-minded people and make lasting connections.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet Workstation tenants Meshviz, Shift Media, Benchmark Recruitment, Richard Smith Illustration, Yoko:10 and Poochie Presents.
Other exhibitors who will be there on the day include UNltd / Exposed Magazine, Sheffield Chamber of Commerce and Industry, The Princes Trust and Vintage Volksweddings.
