City all set for Sheffield Half Marathon 2018

Thousands of runners will lace up their running shoes and take to the streets of Sheffield tomorrow as the Asda Foundation Half Marathon returns to the city.

The scenic route will see runners start on Arundel Gate at around 9.30am before heading west out of the city towards the Peak District and arriving back in the city centre and crossing the finish line on Pinstone Street, near Sheffield Town Hall.

Tristan Batley-Kyle, head of events for race organiser Run For All, said: “We are tremendously excited about what will be our first half marathon of the 2018 season.
