Chesterfield coffee shop plans approved
Council chiefs have passed plans to transform an empty Chesterfield building into a coffee shop.
On Monday, Chesterfield Borough Council granted conditional planning permission to Santiago Garcia-Perez to change the former Save the Children charity shop into a coffee and food outlet.
