SHEFFIEld residents have raised more than £9,000 for charity by donating unwanted clothes.
City folk supported the Give Up Clothes for Good campaign and helped raise £9,132 which will be used to help beat children’s cancers.
The campaign was a partnership effort between Cancer Research UK and TK Maxx, and took place throughout April.
More than 279 bags were donated in Sheffield, worth an estimated £5,519 to Cancer Research UK. Another £3,613 was donated by TK Maxx customers.
