Chance to learn first aid at HeadStart course
The British Heart Foundation is holding a free HeartStart course at Misterton Fire Station tomorrow (Thursday October 2) from 7-9pm.
The HeartStart initiative teaches members of the public what to do in life-threatening emergencies.
The course will cover CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation), dealing with choking, serious bleeding and how to recognise the signs and symptoms of a heart attack.
