Sheffield United and Scottish side Rangers are reportedly ready to do battle for Livingston defender Craig Halkett, who is out of contract next summer. Halkett was release by Rangers in 2016. (Football Insider).

Norwich City have already negotiated new contracts for Louis Thompson and Jamal Lewis this week and are said to be close to completing a deal with right-back Max Aarons.

The 18-year-old is being monitored by Premier League sides Arsenal and Chelsea and is currently under contract until 2021.

Bristol City are prepared to offer winger Callum O'Dowda a new contract, although the club and player have not agreed a contract yet.
