Queen's Park Rangers have accepted that they might have to cash in on star man Luke Freeman in the January transfer window '“ despite rejecting offers for the midfielder in the summer.

Freeman, who was wanted by Middlesbrough, Blackburn Rovers and Sheffield United, might be headed for the door at Loftus Road after QPR football director Les Ferdinand admitted the club 'have to be realistic'.
