Aston Villa are considering a January move for Chelsea starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi, who can play as either a forward or on the wing.

The 17-year-old is considered to be a top prospect for the future at Stamford Bridge and could join fellow Blues man Tammy Abraham at Villa Park.

Meanwhile Villa are still without a permanent manager to replace Steve Bruce but speculation linking Thierry Henry and John Terry to the job continues, with Arsenal legend Ian Wright throwing his support behind the duo.

Blackburn Rovers are said to be ready to offer a new contract to Tony Mowbray after being impressed with the team's development since he took the job as manager.

Mowbray's current deal will run out at the end of the season and is expected to start contract discussions during the next international break in November.

Manchester United are said to be tracking Bristol City youngster Antoine Semenyo, who has impressed for the Robins' youth teams.
