CCTV released of suspect wanted in connection with attack outside popular Sheffield pub

Police have released CCTV images of a man they are tracing in connection with an attack outside a Sheffield pub which left the victim with head injuries.

CCTV images of a man wanted in connection with an alleged assault.

A 20-year-old man was assaulted on Division Street, near to the junction with Rockingham Street, in the city centre at 3.30am on Saturday, October 15.

The victim sustained injuries to his face and head. The man accused of the attack is believed to have left the nearby Great Gatsby bar a short while earlier.

A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: "Police investigating the incident have exhausted all other lines of enquiry and have now released CCTV images, as they believe the man pictured will be able to help them with their investigation.
