More than 3,000 people are expected to attend one of the UK’s biggest wedding shows when it comes to Sheffield next month.

The I Do Wedding Show will be held at iceSheffield, Attercliffe, where brides-to-be will browse products and services from more than 140 of the region’s wedding suppliers.

The show, on Sunday, September 1, will include a champagne reception and bridal catwalk, as well as a free goodie-bag worth £15 for each bride.

Wedding planners will be there to give the attendees information and advice, including tips on wedding cakes, catering, dresses and beauty tips, as well as hiring marquees and venues.

Richard Wilson, the show’s organiser, from I Do magazine, said: “The show is well known as one of the biggest and best events of its kind in the region.

“This year it is set to be even bigger and better, with a record number of exhibitors already signed up and entertainment planned across three catwalks.”

There will also be various acts throughout the day, ranging from musicians to magicians, as well as a vintage car show.

The show’s organisers are offering free VIP tickets for brides-to-be who register on the website.

Tickets can also be bought online for £5, as well as a special money-saving ticket for groups of six.
