A cash reward is being offered to anyone who helps catch a notorious graffiti vandal in Barnsley.
Barnsley Council is offering £200 for information leading to the conviction of the person behind a spate of tagging and graffiti in Lundwood and Cudworth.
The graffiti has appeared on bus shelters, notice boards, road signs and private property along Pontefract Road in Lundwood, Pontefract Road in Barnsley, Burton Road in Cudworth and Pontefract Road in Cudworth.
Martin Farran, executive director of communities, said: “Graffiti is unsightly and is also an anti-social activity that can create a negative impression of an area.
“We fully support our communities who are working hard to make their local area a better place to live. I would urge anyone with information on who is responsible for this graffiti to get in touch.”
