Cannabis factories discovered in Sheffield

Police have dismantled two cannabis factories in Sheffield in a crackdown on drugs in the city.

Officers discovered the drug dens in properties in Carr Forge Mount, Hackenthorpe and Ballifield Place, Handsworth.

Suspects have been arrested over both incidents.

South Yorkshire Police said cannabis was also seized by officers following a raid in Swallownest, Rotherham.

And officers have also made arrests over the discovery of drugs in a house in Clifton Avenue, Clifton, Rotherham.
