A busy Sheffield road is blocked this afternoon following a collision.

First South Yorkshire said a number of its buses have been diverted due to the incident on Langsett Road, Hillsborough.

The collision occurred between Hillsborough Corner and Hillsborough Interchange, but no other details have yet been released.

Bus company First said its 52a, 81, 82, 92, 98 and 135 services have been diverted.

South Yorkshire Police has been approached for details of the incident.
