Bring hounds to the ground

A South Yorkshire football team is appealing to its fans to '˜bring their hounds to the ground' to attend a very special match.

Maltby Main FC is hoping to set the world record for the number of dogs attending a non-league football match. The Northern Counties East League Premier Division club is appealing to as many dog-owning football fans as possible to turn up with their pooches to watch their final game of the season against Pontefract Colliery FC on Saturday April 28 - Non-League Dog Day.
