Bright new look for Sheffield community centre

A community centre in Sheffield has a new look after receiving a donation of paint.

The Pakistan Advice and Community Association Centre, on Page Hall Road, Page Hall, offers advice for residents and runs services for young people.

Paint from the Dulux Decorator Centre on Queen’s Road, Lowfield, Sheffield, was donated after the centre was nominated by Ali Bianchi, project coordinator.

Volunteers, many from Hope City Church in Hyde Park in the city, painted an archway and two feature walls and the first floor was renovated

Ali said: “This centre is an important resource, so we wanted a bright new look to make it more appealing to our members and potential users.”
