Brian will march proudly for Blind Veterans

A vision-impaired Army veteran, from Chesterfield, will be the standard bearer for national charity Blind Veterans UK at the Armed Forces Day celebrations this Saturday.

69-year-old Brian Eldridge will march with the charity’s standard during the official parade in Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire.

He said: “I’m very proud. This is such a special charity for veterans like me.”
