She was jailed for 12 years in 2014 when she was found guilty of 16 counts of arranging and causing child prostitution in Sheffield.

Following the return of the guilty verdicts in this trial, Spencer rose to her feet and began shouting profanities, declaring that she and Christopher Whiteley were innocent.

She shouted: 'I'm not f****** going back to the cells,' before being taken out of the court and back into custody.

Spencer and Whiteley are both currently serving time in prison for previous offences, while Matthew Whiteley and Shane Whiteley along with Taleb Bapir have been remanded into custody until next month's sentencing.

Jurors could not reach a verdict on six counts in this trial. Prosecutors have decided to proceed on a re-trial in four counts.

They include: one count of attempting to cause or incite child prostitution relating to Shane Whiteley; one count of sex with a girl under the age of 16 relating to Matthew Whiteley and an allegation of rape relating to Christopher Whiteley.

Dates for the re-trials have not yet been set.

Prosecutors have opted not to proceed with re-trials against all three Whiteley brothers on one count of inciting child prostitution and one count of rape against Christopher Whiteley.
