BREAKING: Man arrested over Sheffield murder

Another arrest has been made over the fatal shooting of a Sheffield man in broad daylight.

Aseel Al-Essaie, aged 23, was shot dead in Daniel Hill, Upperthorpe, last month.

Yesterday afternoon, a 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender in connection with the death.

The man was questioned by detectives and later released on bail pending further enquiries.

Mr Al-Essaie was shot in his chest at around 1.35pm on Saturday, February 18.

He was rushed to hospital but could not be revived.

So far nine arrests have been made but nobody has been charged over the death.
