Boy hunted after attack

Police today appealed for information about the identity of the boy, who is thought to be from Cantley.

He is wanted after a girl suffered bruising and swelling when she was punched in the face in a house in Armthorpe.

The boy was one of a group of youths who had been invited into the house. He was white, aged around 16, 5ft 8ins, and muscular.

He had brown hair, spiked from the front to the back with short sides, and was wearing jeans, a brown T-shirt and K-Swiss trainers.
