Bowling club in Sheffield received £1,000 donation
Thorncliffe Bowls club in High Green, Sheffield, has received an early Christmas present - a £1,000 grant.
The cash is to be spent attracting new members, including children, and it will be used to buy new equipment and to pay for coaching courses for volunteers.
The money came from the Cash 4 Clubs scheme funded by Betfair.
